Price includes wine tasting.
Susan Boyle loves wine. What’s more she knows what she’s drinking and talking about. She’s got 2,000 years of Irish wine history to back her up! So, sit back, let her pour you a glass while she takes you on a trip with the tenacious Irish people who transformed the wine world and didn’t let coming from a grape-free land stop them.
This one-woman theatrical performance fuses interactive wine tasting with storytelling in a warm intimate setting. Audience members will have the opportunity to put their senses to use and hopefully leave with a new insight to a drink that has been part of Ireland’s history for much longer than we might think.

Performed with live music, Sorcha Fox’s ‘Who Am Ireland?’ is a contemporary poetic riff on identity - personal and National, in the spirit of challenge.

Born and bred in a Mediterranean farm, The Mules, Felip Carbonell and Miquel Barceló, are a hybrid off-spring duo long time emigrated from their sunny Mallorca. Destination: rainy Ireland where they have teamed-up with two native mules, Ken McDonald and Eddie McFarlane.
Their repertoire is like a journey meandering from Mallorcan traditional music to Catalan rumba and havanera; from popular italian songs to the Atlantic coast of Iberia. Finally we sail accross the Atlantic to land in Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Texas, Louisiana before we head for our final destination: Rainy Ireland. Here is where we feel the urge to bring the music from all these warm countries - happy dancing music.
From port to port, like wandering minstrels, they sing, dance and improvise with the rough poetry of the common people searching to spread the universal spirit of celebration.

Fred and Alice first met in the home. It wasn’t really a home but Fred always called it a home because that was where he lived, and if you are not living at home then where are you? It was love at first sight for Alice. Fred didn’t talk to her again for years but then eventually Fred got used to her and it was love at first sight for him too.

Jerry Fish is a carny soul, one who has spent much of his life on the road, a shape-shifter, showman, shaman, producer, songwriter, performer, entrepreneur, supper club crooner from Lynchville. Whether operating as The Mudbug Club’s ringmaster, a rock peacock (An Emotional Fish), or patron of poets and spoken word performers (Michael Madsen, The Revelator Orchestra), he has always favoured innovation over orthodoxy.
Jerry’s shows have been known to transform sedate tux ‘n’ frock audiences into Roman galley slaves rowing their way through ‘The Hole In the Boat’, or ballroom-of-romancers slow-dancing to ‘Back To Before’, or swampy block parties gyrating to bacchanalian classics like ‘Celebrate’.
Jerry Fish’s antecedents are not stadium rock bands but burlesque artists, circus acts, carny barkers, travelling players, showfolk all.
