Join us for a very special 20th anniversary edition of Cairde in the Park. We fell in love with the park back in 2006, when we hosted the very first edition (then known as Park Fest), and we’ve been coming back for more - almost every year - since. Expect a joyful day packed with circus, music, art, craft and wellness activities, delicious local food, and a chill-out space for relaxation and sensory exploration.
This year, we will present Claudette, a tender and beautiful juggling show celebrating old age; Juggler Brendan and Break an Egg, a light-hearted show about one man and his eggs; the Bubble Fairy, bringing her bubble magic; music from global folk collective Mishra, Seamie Sean, a legend at the tender age of six, The Congolese Community interactive dance workshop and more!
Bring a picnic blanket and make a day of it as we celebrate community and connection within the beautiful old walls of Sligo’s Peace Park.
