Advance Booking

We highly recommend booking tickets in advance, as many events sell out and we can’t guarantee availability at the door.

We’re proud to offer many events for free and these do not need to be booked but we advise arriving early. Donations for free events are always welcome.

Terms & Conditions

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins to collect your tickets. We apologise but late arrival may result in non-admittance, and entry after the start time is at the discretion of event staff.

  • Please note: For  some indoor events, if you leave during the event, you may not be readmitted. This will be made clear at the introduction to the event.

  • Our free outdoor programme may change due to weather conditions so please check online and social media for regular updates.

  • We regret that tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, unless the event is cancelled. All tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • The festival reserves the right to refuse admission, even if a ticket has been purchased in advance.

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings during your visit.

  • Concession rates, where available, apply to students, senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, and those who are unwaged and where stated for under 18’s (through Music Generation’s Go See initiative). . Valid ID or proof of eligibility must be shown at the box office or venue on request.
