Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This raffle is organised by Cairde Sligo Arts Festival (the “Promoter”).
All proceeds from the raffle will directly support the delivery of Cairde Sligo Arts Festival and its year-round arts and community programmes.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

  • The winner must also be 18 years or over to attend certain ticketed festival events included in the prize.

  • Employees and board members of Cairde Sligo Arts Festival are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members and partners of Cairde employees are also ineligible.

3. How to Enter

  • Raffle tickets may be purchased online via iDonate during the advertised raffle period.

  • Each ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the raffle unless otherwise stated.

  • Ticket bundles may be offered (e.g. multiple entries for a discounted price). Where bundles are available, the number of entries received per bundle will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

  • All valid entries, including those purchased as part of a bundle, will be entered equally into the draw.

  • No alternative method of entry is available.

4. Closing Date and Draw

  • The raffle will close at midnight on 20 March 2026.

  • The draw will take place shortly after the closing date.

  • The winner will be selected at random using iDonate’s randomised selection tool from all valid entries received before the closing time.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The Prize*

The prize is a festival weekend away in Sligo for two, which includes:

  • 2 nights B&B for 2 at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Sligo

    • Valid for only for the nights of Friday 10 July and Saturday 11 July 2026.

  • Tickets for 2 to all events at Cairde Fri 10 & Sat 11 July**

  • Dinner for 2 at Hargadon Bros**

  • Lunch for 2 at Hooked Restaurant**

  • Seaweed Bath for 2 at VOYA Seaweed Baths**

  • Sauna for 2 at The HotBox Sauna**

  • €50 Love Sligo Voucher

  • 2x Sligo BID goodie bags

*The prize is valued at €1000. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution will be offered.

**Unless otherwise notes, vouchers for local activities, meals and Cairde Sligo Arts Festival events are valid only for the weekend of Friday 10 July to Sunday 12 July 2026.

6. Booking and Reservations

  • The hotel stay and all included activities, including meals and Cairde Sligo Arts Festival events, must be booked or reserved in advance by the prize winner.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and capacity.

  • The Promoter strongly recommends early booking to avoid disappointment.

  • Cairde Sligo Arts Festival accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of late or failed bookings by the winner.

7. Prize Conditions and Limitations

  • Travel to and from Sligo is not included.

  • The prize must be used only on the specified dates and cannot be deferred to alternative dates.

  • Any additional expenses incurred during the weekend (including but not limited to travel, accommodation beyond the stated nights, or additional activities) are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the initial notification attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

9. Publicity

  • By entering the raffle, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or image for promotional and publicity purposes related to the raffle and Cairde Sligo Arts Festival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected as part of this raffle will be used solely for the administration of the raffle, unless the participant consents to joining the general mailing list, and in accordance with Cairde Sligo Arts Festival’s Privacy Policy.

  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.

11. Liability

  • Cairde Sligo Arts Festival accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical or system issues.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

12. General

  • Cairde Sligo Arts Festival reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle or these Terms & Conditions if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

  • Entry into the raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • This raffle is governed by Irish law.
